I have a Bergsteiger Capri stroller, infant car seat. Does the infant car seat have a base to strap into the car?

Hey, Marlene,

As far as I know, it doesn't, so you will have to strap it in the car with the seat belt only. It is not hard and it is also safe if done properly, so no worries there.
