Cybex Priam NG or Anex IQ Basic? Which is better?

Patrícia • 02 Jun 2024

Dear Eli,

First time parents around, trying to navigate in between the multiplicity of strollers and baby appliances choices.

We're moving abroad soon after birth, but presumably will mostly do trips back to home country by car. Still, we wished for a comfortable, quality, versatile, easy and intuitive to maneuver stroller, that would also please us aesthetically.

Concerning the newborn car seat, we went for Cybex Cloud T + Base T. Its compatibility with the stroller (with or without adapters) would be a plus, but not a requirement.

After searching, reading reviews and specifications, consulting multiples references and ultimately coming down to two final options, I'd be delighted to receive your experienced opinion, regardless of the different price-point. Which would be your pick?

We managed to already try them out side by side, but not yet to decide:
- Cybex Priam NG (Cozy Beige Seat Pack in Matt Black chassis)
- Anex IQ Basic (Sienna Seat Pack)

Thanking you frankly, I wish you a delightful week ahead!

Hey, Patrícia,

From what I'm reading and what you've narrowed it down to, I personally would definitely pick the Priam. It's beautiful in both setup, carrycot (pram) as well as seat unit (pushchair) one, and it's lighter, more spacious in the seat setup (will last you better), and also less bulky. Overall, a beautiful and rather strdy pushchair that you will also sell very well once you're done with it. To me, that one feels like a better investment.

Your -very berry- Eli.

Now, this is your place to ask. I'm listening.
