Can I use the Emmaljunga NXT90 F stroller adapters for the NXT90 double setup?

The NXT90 Go Double is pretty much the NXT90, but with a double adapter, and yes, on that, the adapters from the single pram should work.

The question is, though, whether and how the car seat of your choice will fit, space-wise, so the best would be to try beforehand, or to ask the Emmaljunga customer service about the best options.
