Can a seat unit and a carrycot from Emmaljunga Double Viking 735 stroller be used/attached to Emmaljunga Single Super Viking chassis?

I would say it's more no than a yes. The Double Viking line needs to have narrower parts not to be as wide as to not fit doors, so it simply won't fit the width of the attachment right.

To be sure, or to find what are your options (in terms of spare parts as well), try writing Emmaljunga directly, they will know the best – I personally don't recommend getting the double units for a single model.
