Can a Joolz Geo or Hub carrycot fit onto the older Joolz Day Plus stroller?

The Joolz Day+ is actually the newest model. You will NOT be able to attach the Hub's carrycot on it, nor any other model than the Hub - it has a different attachment system. About the Joolz Geo, I think the attachment system was made very similar, but not the same length. I did not try this, however the manufacturer always sells the prams in sets, and doesn't really sell the carrycot by themselves. My best bet is that they are not 100% compatible, and I would suggest going for the original bassinet.
