No, you cannot pair u different brands of car seats and bases, they are made totally differently and simply won't fit, I am sorry. You will have to get either a Joie car seat fitting the Joie i-Base (i-Gemm, i-Juva or i-Snug), or a Nuna PIPA RELX car seat Base for the Nuna car seat you have.
