I love the description and characters of Nico Estilo Oro 4. Me and husband are petite he's 165cm and 146cm. Is this stroller comfortable for us to use?

Well, this is a larger / bulkier stroller. It is not crazy high, especially with the seat, though taller with the carrycot (bassinet) attached. I think that with that 146 cm of height especially, you may simply not see over the stroller (not see where you're going), so maybe a smaller pram would be a bit better for you, comfort-wise.
