Is there an option to have a snack tray on the Summit X3 double stroller? I can’t seem to even find a bumper bar for it.

There was such an option (or a bumper bar with a tray), however, it doesn't seem to be available anymore. I would try Baby Jogger's customer service, and after that, eBay or classifieds, but it may be you won't get your hands on it, unfortunately.
