Hi! I've purchased a BJ City Tour Lux, but I'm having trouble with the sun cap - it falls down almost immediately if baby is in the reclined position. Is there anything I can do about it?

It may be a faulty piece or a piece that was shown in a store, as it should not fall just so. If there are screws, that may be tightened, but usually, there are bolts, and you can't d much about it. Try asking the seller for a warranty repair or replacement.
