I have bought a GT2 for baby that is arriving at the end of August. We were putting together the pram and carrycot last night for a practice run and we noticed that the hood on the carrycot doesn’t stay completely upright and doesn’t seem to click into place.
Any ideas?!

Well the hood should stay upright, so I am thinking there might be some error with yours. Have you tried pushing it forward some more so that it clicked into place? Sometimes the new mechanism can feel a bit too sturdy and needs a bit of a push (not a brutal one of course). If that doesn't help, I would probably contact the seller / or any official distributor in your country, or directly the BJ customer service to know what the next steps are so that they replace or service your bassinet.
