Very interested in this stroller but I want to be sure it’s ok for jogging? I know it’s not Baby Jogger’s actual jogging stroller, but the size of the Summit x3 won’t work in our lift. I’m not an intense runner, but I do want to be able to jog on paved surfaces with this stroller.

If not a professional or intense everyday runner, I do think that you'll be fine with the Baby Jogger City Elite 2 for jogging, yes. It's actually quite sturdy and stable even when you run with it, and as a three-wheeled stroller with swivel wheels, it's actually rather nice. If needing something shorter, I would definitely get a City Elite 2 as well (I actually heard a few mums say they run with the Baby Jogger City Mini GT2 as well, and that is even less suitable for that).
If I should suggest a different model just for inspiration, the Casualplay LOOPi Running is also a great thing to consider. As you can also buy EVA foam or air-filled tires and make it a four-wheeler for normal, daily use, and then click on the Running three-wheeled chassis and go running with an actual fixed-wheel three-wheeler, it's quite an interesting (and not too expensive) running + everyday option as well.
