Have you tried three-wheelers already? They are super nimble, easy to push and turn. Something like the Baby Jogger City Mini ot the [[quinny-zapp-xpress|Quinny Zapp Xpress is super nimble and easy to fold.
Apart from that, check the Valco Snap 4, it is spacious enough, and the Oyster Zero Gravity will be super roomy whileeasy to fold after a few tries, too.
