Hello! I am looking for a stroller with reversible seat, full recline, adjustable handle height and something great on uneven terrain. Without the bassinet for the newborn, cause previous suggestion was for those 😊

I would recomend looking at the Cybex Talos. It's a robust model that should fulfill what you ask for. The Easywalker Jimmey could, perhaps, also be an interesting model to check out.
I would personally not recommend just the seat itself for a newborn, as if it's spacious enough for a toddler, it will be huge for a tiny newborn which will not be totally secure in it. Thus, I would recommend AT LEAST a good footmuff to make the newborn safer, or, ideally, a soft insert cot that goes into the seat.
