Hello! So glad to find someone to share my struggles with 🙂 I am looking for a stroller with "everything": reversible seat, full recline, air filled/rubber wheels, adjustable handle height. I thought I've found the perfect one (affordable too) - Joie Chrome DLX. But then there were reviews of it that it's bumpy for the baby when going off road. We have gravel and other uneven terrain where I live, so I can't have my baby shaking that much.

Do you have any models in mind I could check?

Hey, Rita,

If we're talking about from-birth models, I am going to mention: the Cybex Talos S, bulkier but should have all you asked for (plus a very upright seat), the ABC Design Salsa 4 Air or ABC Design Samba, or from the more budget-friendl models, the Kinderkraft Everyday or B-tour. From the lighter models, there's also the Valco Ultra Trend that can be paired with the Sport wheels that are inflatable, though you have to check with a seller around you about the availability of those.
