Can you recommend a stroller for newborns, beetwen these two: Joie signature 3u1: stroller Finiti + cot Ramble + car seat i-Level or the Cybex Balios S Lux stroller + Cybex Cot S + car seat Cybex Cloud T?

Personally, I would prefer the Cybx Balios. The Finiti has a very nice padding and multiple nice features, but the short canopy and a few complaints I heard about the (front) wheels make me think that the Balios S is overall the more reliable and the better value for money.
