Hi my son has Down syndrome and can only walk a short while can you advise on the buggy with a max seat weight over 25kg with a seat back height over 54 cm? Thank you

There are very few buggies that can comfortably carry such a child - and my suggestion here would be the Baby Jogger City Elite which I knew a few moms were using in such cases. The BOB Alterrain (other BOBs perhaps, too) could also work for such a use.
After that, one usually goes to a special needs stroller.
