Well, a reversible seat will make the whole larger, AND the seat will be less spacious. You will have to count on that. For that to be small, don't expect much all-terrainness.
I will suggest a Bugaboo Bee for its low-to-the-ground position or the Cybex Mios as it is more spacious while still small, and also very nice to push while sturdy.
