A lightweight double stroller with high handlebar

The Valco Duo Trend has a rotating handlebar, not crazy high but enough even for a taller parent. It is a light enough option and very roomy.

The Peg-Prego Book For Two has an adjustable handle as well, going up to 106 cm.

Also, if you find a double you really like (for the lightweight ones, you really want a side-by-side btw), and the handle is not too high, you can always get a handle extender (I saw these, for ex., on Amazon - just search for 'stroller extension handles').
