Thank you for all your advice to date. I am still struggling to find a double pram for my newborn and 22 month old for school runs where I drive halfway and walk halfway. I came across the orbit g5, which can have a second seat with an attachment.
Do you know if I can buy it in the UK? And would you recommend it?

A very cool single-to-double pram you found, however, I don't think this you will find in the UK. If basic googling and checking eBay and classifieds don't provide any results around you, you simply won't be able to get your hands on this US-brand stroller.
I, btw, can't say I would recommend it. It is bulky, but more than that, it makes walking for you a real pain. You would have no space for your feet with the Helix attachment. I personally would not go for this stroller at all. I would rather go for something like the Baby Jogger City Select Lux with the bench seat, more space, and comfort - if you really think about a tandem.
