Hey, Nicole,
The travel compact strollers are never crazy tall, I'm afraid. I personally would recommend the Joolz Aer+ (105.5cm) or the Ergobaby Metro+ (the handlebar is at 105 cm at the maximum).
If that is still not tall - and it might not be enough for a really tall person, there's still an accessory one can buy - just search for "stroller handlebar extension" on Amazon.
