Yes, sure, Look at the Kinderkraft Nubi 2 which is probably the most budget-friendly alternative. The Chicco Goody(+) is a nice budget alternative. The Baby Jogger City Tour 2 is also cheaper than those two, and acceptable. The way to get a pre-owned better model is also a nice option to save money (and nature, too).
In general, be prepared that the quality - the wheels and the sturdiness especially - will not be the same as on the more expensive models. But for occasional use, it should be alright.
