The Quinny Yezz Air is a new, even lighter version of the basic Quinny Yezz. The Yezz Air seat has been created using a high-tech 3D knitting technology, which also ensures a higher comfort level for the child especially on hot days. It is a hammock style seat, stretched on the chassis without the possibility of a recline. The chassis is made of IXEF, which is a high performance, glass fiber reinforced plastic. The footrest has been removed to ensure the lowest possible weight of the stroller. There is a five-point safety harness, but the height of the safety belts on the backrest is not adjustable. The new, additional shopping net accessory that can be added to the back of the chassis is large enough to make up for the missing shopping basket. The Air’s three wheels are made from resin - the same material as that used on roller skates. They give the stroller a smooth push and are a “one-finger” steering. The height of the handlebar is not adjustable, but thanks to the curved shape, it suits most parents. The stroller folds compactly and has an integrated strap so that you can carry it over your shoulder.

Hi!
Why was discontinued?
My Quinny Yezz Air seat was too tense, and the frame snapped. Could that be the reason?
I just wonder if I should replace the frame or give it up.

Hey, MN,
The specific design was not sold that well, which I believe is why the stroller was discontinued. I don't know about multiple frame-breaking incidents so if you were happy with the buggy, it could be with replacing the chassis. The super light design is, of course, always a bit more "sensitive" to overweighting and strain so it can be why it broke, but in general it should not be "normal" for this model to break.
