Peg-Pérego Team
The Peg-Pérego Team was released in 2017. It is a versatile urban stroller convertible from single mode (for one child) to a tandem suitable for twins or for siblings with a small age gap. The manufacturer advises a live demonstration before the purchase. Therefore, the Team is not necessarily available to purchase online.
The lightweight aluminum chassis is equipped with a rear suspension system providing a smoother ride. The Soft Ride wheels with a tire tread are mainly suitable for the city but can handle an occasional all-terrain use. The front wheels can be locked by rotating the mechanism on the side of the chassis, so you don’t need to bend to do so. The shaped, height-adjustable handlebar comes in a combination of the Prima Classe leatherette and rubber in order to prevent any scratches. Another advantage is the large shopping basket with easy load system (you can fold its back for easy access) and a zip in the front. The stroller can be folded with the seat in whichever direction or even with the foldable carrycot Pop Up still in place. In the tandem mode, both car seats, seats and carrycots have to be removed before folding.
The Pop Up seat can be reclined flat, including the leg rest. The hood consists of three panels and can be extended by using a massive pop-out sun visor with mesh sides. The chassis is compatible with the Navetta Pop Up, Elite or XL carrycot and the Primo Viaggio car seat. There is no need for adapters.
Using the optional double adapter, you can create the tandem version of the stroller. The adapter comes with a footrest for the front seat, so the feet of the child in it won’t be dangling. The tandem mode of the Team is compatible with two Pop Up seats, two car seats or a combination of the seat and either a car seat or a carrycot. The stroller will not accommodate two carrycots, making the stroller more suitable for siblings with an age gap. To use this stroller for twins from birth, you can pair the seats up with the optional newborn inserts or nests, or just use two car seats. The Team Pop-Up is available either as in the Completo version that comes with an apron and a rain cover included or in the Team Pop-Up Modular stroller system with a car seat and a carrycot. In theory, they both should fit - however, with the Peg Perego Primo Viaggio SIP 4-35 Car Seat I did not find any information on the compatibility.
The Peg Perego Primo Viaggio 4-35 Nido is said to be "compatible with most Peg Perego Strollers" (a quote from the PP website) so I believe you'll be ok. If in doubt, reach out also to Peg Perego to double check, but I believe it should be ok with that.
