Mamas&Papas Urbo 2

The Mamas&Papas Urbo 2 is the second generation of the high-end Urbo. It was released in 2014. The sturdy chrome chassis is light, despite being more robust. A high-end look is underlined by the leather details on the handle and the bumper bar. There is an added strap located on the handle thanks to which the stroller will not slip from your hands. Wheels with unique rims are in the same width in the front as well as in the back - they are not closer in the front, which is usual for most strollers. The upgraded front wheels feature an added suspension system and can be easily detached from the chassis. The renewed brake is easily activated. The excellent center of gravity makes it easy to handle and lift over the curbs, you can do it with even one-handedly. Another advantage of the stroller is the bigger, reinforced shopping basket.

The improved seat is 5% more rounded, so the baby will be placed in it in an ergonomic position. It is placed about 2.5 centimeters higher than in the original model, but it is still located quite low. It is fully reversible and reclinable. The well-padded cover fabrics provide the child with comfort and can also be washed. The shell of the seat is in more elegant black instead of the original gray. The swing-away bumper bar, located 7 cm higher than in the basic model, makes it easier to put the child into the seat. On hot days, you will appreciate the thicker hood with added ventilation. The safety of the child is ensured by the improved, easier-to-detach harness. You can thus insert and remove a seat liner or a footmuff more effortlessly. The seat comes with an integrated mosquito net. The footrest has a more rounded shape, so it is not only more elegant but also easier to grasp when it is being moved.

The stroller is either sold separately, or you can buy it as a complete stroller system. The Urbo 2 carrycot is placed 5.5 cm higher. It occupies 25% less space while the interior space is 10% larger. Using adapters, you can attach a car seat to the stroller. The improved rain cover (included) and the optional footmuff fit the seat even better.

The Urbo 2 was also released in the limited Dalmatian Spot and Atticus editions as well as in the Donna Wilson or Liberty design collaborations. You can also choose the special Navy Aztec, Ombre Pewter or Signature editions.

The Sola, Zoom, and Urbo series models have the same type of the seat and the same attachment system. You can therefore exchange all the parts, adapters, as well as additional accessories (bumper bars, hoods, textiles).
