Too "shallow" a seat for my son

We had to return the pram because it felt too "shallow" a seat for my son. The pram itself was very nice-looking and light.

Works great for occasional use

Lightweight, compact (even though a long fold, typical for umbrella buggies), and very affordable. Works great for occasional use.

Your questions about the Lionelo Elia

1)

How do you fold down the pram?

Hello, Emma,

I am attaching the eight-page of the Lionelo Elia Manual (<-can be downloaded on the link here).

The fold is quite straightforward and typical for umbrella buggies - you need to fold down the canopy, "kick up" the rear lock (the place under the X shape on the rear of the frame), start the fold pushing the upper half forward, and finish with securing the folding lock (a latch on the side) to make the pushchair stay closed/folded.

2)

Pram won't fold down??

Hello,

If your Lionelo Elia doesn't fold, there will most probably be some damage in the inside structure - misaligned sidebars. This happens with lightweight, cheaper strollers, and you can't do much about it if it's really already damaged. For sure, don't force it; you might break the stroller frame. It would be best if you claimed your warranty at the shop you bought it in or ask around for service. It is possible that it won't be repairable (or not worth the repairs' price) if the damage is severe.

3)

How do you open/remove the bumper bar please?

Hello, you don't. You only push it upwards to make space for the child to get in. Another way is to lift your child up and slide it into the seat.
