You will need the Maxi-Cosi/Cybex adapters. With those, you should be able to attach pretty much any Cybex car seat.
However, the Cloud line is a bit on the larger side, which makes it not totally ideal for such small buggies. In any case, if you don't have the adaptors, you need to contact the seller or any distributor of this brand/model around you and ask about availability, as without the adapters, you won't be able to attach it.
Can I remove that part of the usual seat when I use car seat? Sorry for my English.

No, unfortunately, that is not possible on this stroller - the car seat only goes over the seat.

The Ickle Bubba Astral car seat has the same car seat adapter attachment shape as Maxi-Cosi or Cybex, so YES, with Maxi-Cosi/Cybex car seat adaptors for the Indy 2 you can attach the Ickle Bubba Astral car seat.
Can you attach a buggy board to this stroller? Thank you

In theory, yes, a universal board such as Bumprider or lascal could be attached. The buggy is, however, super small and not that sturdy, so it might be you will loosen the chassis and worsen the quality of the push with a sibling ride on this thing. I personally would NOT attach a buggy board to this, the stroller is just not made for that in my opinion.
Hi, is the Kinderkraft Indy 2 cabin approved?

The Indy 2 is on the ultra-compact side of strollers, but with the folded height of 65 cm, there is not really an international approval or certification guaranteed. Some airlines will perhaps take it on board, but the folded dimensions of 65 cm x 45 cm x 30 cm will not be accepted as cabin luggage by many airlines, as the usual height is around 55 cm.
Always check the cabin luggage measurements with your airline, though, as this varies from airline to airline.
