The F10 Air+ is based on the older F10 model but comes with an improved type of wheels made of hardened rubber. Thanks to the inbuilt air chambers, the tire is lighter, easily maneuvrable and sticks to the surface better. At the same time, it is quite sturdy, offering the advantages of an air-filled tire.
The X-shaped chassis of the F6 features a good suspension system and can handle even a rougher terrain. The brake sits on the side of the handlebar for easier access. The spacious reversible seat with the extra large ventilated hood can be fully reclined. It is possible to increase the total length of the seat by extending the leg rest. You can create a travel system suitable from birth by purchasing either one of two carrycots inserted in the seat (soft C1 transformable into a footmuff, or hard C2) or the classic hard carrycot C3. C3 can be added to the chassis in two different heights. There is also an option to attach the car seat to the chassis using adapters.
The F10 Air+ is available in tens of various colors. The stroller comes with the Loop seat liner with Cell Pur foam and head support. You can also purchase other optional liners as well as a changing bag that is easily customizable by swapping the front panel. Hey,
How much is the F10 stroller air and where can I order it? Are they available in the US?

The Gesslein F10 costs about 750 to 1000 EUR (which is around 880 to 1200 USD) as it's a premium, rather high-quality pram. The price actually varies quite a lot depending on how many accessories does the parent need, if he/she prefers a hard-bottom bassinet or one of the two insert carrycots, etc.
Unfortunately, as a German brand, Gesslein is not available in the US, as far as I know. You could look on eBay and similar global platforms but, as they focus in the newer models (like the Gesslein FX4), you probably won't find it shopping to the US.
Some people do travel to get the stroller of their dreams, but I think it might not be worth that much time and money in these covid times... Sorry I was not more of help, but as we're no selling strollers, I can't do more than provide information. Do check fixed-wheel strollers like BOB or Thule to find similar quality and functionality, even if they might be three-wheelers.
