Babystyle Egg
The Egg is the first high-end model of the Babystyle brand known primarily by the Oyster series. The name of the stroller was inspired by the rounded lines reminiscent of a chicken egg. It took two years to develop the stroller, and estimated investments of around one million dollars.
The stroller has a weight capacity of up to 25 kg in the single version. The bucket seat can be reversed and tilted to a reclined position. A carrycot and a car seat are also available to create a full-featured stroller system from birth. You can also convert the Egg into a tandem with a sibling adapter. The tandem set-up can hold up to 15 kg per child. The Egg in double mode can be used for children with a small age gap but also for twins right from birth. The stroller accepts two seats, two carrycots, two car seats, or any combination of these.
The stroller is available in 4 colors - black, gunmetal, champagne or glossy mirror. The wheels are made of special hard rubber using the Tru Ride technology providing a comfortable ride comparable to air-filled tires, but without the threat of getting a flat tire.
The Egg can also be purchased in the limited Jurrassic Special Edition. In autumn 2017, the new Hollywood edition, entirely decorated in golden shades, was released.

A very robust, smooth and manoeuvrable pram, however the base unit does not fold down with the seat unit attached and therefore can take up a lot of space. I have a small SUV, and if I have the pram in the car and do a a weeks food shop then some of the shopping bags have to go in the footwell.
However I loved how customisable this travel system is!

Absolutely wonderful stroller. It is very compact, lightweight, beautiful design, and very sturdy. We were hit by a skater in the park, the stroller is bruised, but the baby was not hurt.
