The Baby Jogger City Mini GT Double is an all-terrain double stroller based on the single Baby Jogger City Mini GT. It is designed for twins or siblings with a small age gap. The wheels with maintenance-free foam-filled tires handle the city well and are also great for a little off-roading. The storage space of the large shopping basket is expanded by additional pockets on the hood on the back of the seats.
The City Mini GT Double can be used for one of the two or both children right from birth. Onto the non-reversible reclined seats, you can attach soft carrycots. Using adapters, you can also install two Compact carrycots The City Mini Double is also compatible with a car seat. However, only one can be attached, so the travel system can be used only for a younger sibling. The spacious seats can carry up to 45 kg. The leg rest cannot be adjusted. What car seat adapters I need to buy and where to attach them?

This model is discontinued already, so it may be a tad harder to get the adpators. The best is perhaps to contact the brand's customer service or any Baby Jogger seller/distributor around you, they may be able to tell you their availability.
I saw Graco adapters on Albeebaby for ex., here. Not sure where you're located and which adapters you do need - though, other than that, you will need to browse Amazon and eBay to find those that are still available - e.g. here for Britax adapters, here for Maxi-Cosi-Cybex ones...
There are multiple adapters in any case, but not available everywhere. Google 'Baby Jogger City Mini Double car seat adapters' to find those that are available and pick out of those few.
They attach on the stroller's frame, on the side kind of where a bumper bar would be. Here's a video to have a better idea:
I have the City Mini GT single and the Double. I’m able to attach the pram to my single but not the double… am I doing something wrong or was it designed to not be able to use the double stroller with a pram?

For the City Mini GT Double, the carrycot were designed different, a bit narrower. So to use that as a pram, you need to get the dedicated bassinet(s) or an insert soft cot.
