Is the GB Pocket adapter usable on the Cybex Libelle? Are the adapters the same? I was looking for the Libelle adqpter, but the GB LPockit adapter looks cheaper with the same look... are they actually same?

You are right in that the adapters look very similar - indeed they are made by the same manufacturer. There are, however, tiny differences and also the place they go on the stroller is different, and no official channels state the compatibility. I think they may fit but most probably not perfectly, making it a health hazard.
So I will recommend getting only the original Libelle adapters for the Libelle for the car seat to fit well and safely on the stroller and the adaptors.
