Unfortunately no, the Maxi-Cosi 2-way fix Isofix base is made for Maxi-Cosi car seats only, and only some of their types. The base is always made for he car seat, so the stroller type does not matter really. You will have to get a base for that particular Joie car seat, others won't fit.
