I have a Cybex Cloud Z car seat and a Mamas and Papas Ocarro which I no longer want as too heavy and bulky. I’d like to get a Maxi-Cosi pram for baby number 2, like a Zelia or Adorra. Is it possible to use either of these prams (or any other Maxi Cosi pram) with a Cybex car seat adaptor? I read on this page they are compatible (even though it’s not advertised); if so, which car seat adaptor should I get? A Cybex or a Maxi Cosi?

The Cybex and the Maxi-Cosi adaptors are the same. The attachment system is the same, kind of U-shaped, and Maxi-Cosi and Cybex car seats are interchangeable on the same adapter sets. So you WILL be able to attach your Cybex car seat on äany) Maxi-Cosi stroller frame with Maxi-Cosi adpaters, yes.
Btw, it is not advertised, no - as Cybex and Maxi-Cosi are competitors. So they don't want you to buy the other brand's car seat. But yes, the attachments are the same and the brands work on the same adpateors, whichever brand is advertised it is for.
