I have got a Cybex Aton 5 car seat and just thinking to buy a Cybex pram base to be able to use it as well on our walk. Is Cybex Balios M base is suitable? If yes which adapter I would need to buy?

A Cybex Balios M will work with the Cybex Aton M car seat, yes. You will need adapters FOR the Cybex Balios M though, and those you will have to search for in classifieds or on eBay. There is only 1 model of adaptors for the Balios M and it will work with the Aton 5, so just make sure the adapters are made for the Balios M.
