What stroller would you recommend that sits completely upright and has a large storage basket please?

Be sure to check the Peg-Pérego strollers, Stokke strollers, too, or, also, the Cybex Talos. The Joie Versatrax/Joie Finiti are also rather upright in the most upright position.
Remember that almost no stroller is absolutely, 90-degree upright, and a lot also depends not only on the angle, but also on the right depth of the sitting area (and they will have other downsides, like a smaller seat/leg rest, etc.).
