I am going on holiday can I take this on a plane? I will be using it with the seat so it folds as one.

If you mean to take it on board as cabin luggage, then no. The stroller is too bulky for that. With pretty much any airline, though, you CAN either check it in OR take it as either free or paid baby luggage (which you take up to the plane then it is taken from you by the stewards and returned when you get off). The conditions are different from airline to airline, so be sure to check the rules of your chosen one.
