I’m looking at potentially purchasing the Maxi-Cosi Zelia luxe as a more compact option (I have the Mamas and Papas Ocarro and it’s too bulky to be taking in and out of the car all the time). I already have the Cybex Cloud Z car seat, and I’m hoping to be able to use an adaptor to put the car seat onto the Maxi Cosi pushchair but I can’t find any information on this; do you know if there is an adaptor which is compatible with both?

You CAN attach Cybex car seats on the SAME adapters as Maxi-Cosi car seats. They are rivaling brands, however, so they normally don't state that their adaptors are compatible with the competitor, but yes, you should be OK with attaching the car seat onto the Zelia frame with the Maxi-Cosi adapters.
However, I must warn you that the Zelia is not really too compact, and I personally would not take it as a "smaller" pushchair, definitely not to the Ocarro which actually folds flatter with the seat. Yes, there are differences, just pointing out the Zelia is not a compact pram so be sure to check the dimensions and weight before going for something not that small.
