Can you still buy this pram? I love the zapp and love that it has 4 wheel but can't find it to buy anywhere

I am sorry to say no, it mostly isn't. The only place to find these these days are classifieds, as it is discontinued already.
Check, however, the Quinny Zapp Flex Plus that replaced this one - and is actually even better.
