do you know if the chassis of the Peg Perego BOOK PLUS is compatible with the upper parts of BOOK 51 ELITE MODULAR SL?

The Book line has the same attachment system, so the parts should be interchangeable, yes. I, however, cannot promise about the seat unit as it may be that the Book 51's may be a bit narrower and look funny. But all other parts should be possible to click on.
