Hi,

The Maxi Cosi Jaya and Baby Jogger City Tour 2 seems to be quite similar in terms of their folding mechanism (one hand fold) and prices. What is your opinion comparing both of these strollers in terms of cabin compatibility, ease of use, and durability?

I can't seem to find much reviews on Maxi Cosi Jaya (maybe it is a newer model?). But its finishing seems better than The Baby Jogger City Tour 2.

Baby Jogger City Tour 2 has pretty good reviews in that price range that I find hard to ignore.

Hi there,

From these two, I personally would definitely go for the Baby Jogger. I mean, you are right, the Jaya has beautiful finishing, padded, comfy materials - a thing Maxi-Cosi is known for. Apart from that, though, the seat is VERY very slanted and much shorter than the BJs. That means usability with a smaller child, mostly, and I think a larger seat is a little better choice.

So these two are both ok, but the BJ just seems to me as the more practical choice for longevity.
