Hello! Could you explain how to remove and wash canopy’s textile?
In our first year, we, at Strollbery, helped thousands of parents from 207 countries. And helping is what we've cared about the most.
We are OH-SO-MUCH into Christmas (& music) that we made a special holiday song for you to share this vibe. We hope it brings you a tiny bit of calmness (we all need) ♥️
HAPPY STROLLING AND MAGIC CHRISTMAS!
Actually, you shouldn't do that. I don't recommend removing it (you might not be able to put it back) nor washing it fully, ie. in the washing machine (you might damage it or it might fade after such treatment - the more so if it is dark).
Here, read our stroller cleaning and maintenance guide that will explain in depth why not to wash it in the machine and how to wash it. In general, the way to do it is to clean it on the stroller, on its frame - depending on the level of dirt, from WaterWipes to foaming spray used on car seats, there are multiple ways of doing it while protecting the state of your stroller (and it's fabric).
If truly and still you will want to remove the fabric from the canopy to wash it, you will need to unscrew, sometimes even almost break the joints - there is no manual to do it. The manufacturer doesn't offer nor recommend such instructions. If you will put it apart nonetheless, my best advice there would be to ake a video of how it was to even be able to put it back together.
