Does DLX fold with the seat in parent-facing mode? As all videos show the seat world facing when folded.

Hey, Eva,

Yes, it does. It's a similar procedure, compared to the one when the seat is facing the street, but without folding the seat in half (instead, you recline it to a lie flat). The stroller will be a bit bigger (longer) when folded as the folded seat protrudes a bit more. This is how it will look like:
