Maxi-Cosi Adorra: Is the center of gravity problematic with the carrycot attached as well?

Mejl • 26 Jul 2021

I've just read your review on Adorra (I have one), and I totally agree with the reverse seat gravity problem. My question is: is there the same problem when carrycot attached? Is it hard to push the stroller with a carrycot on like with the reversed seat unit? (I don't have the carrycot but I'm considering buying one).

Hi, Mejl,

Glad to hear you agree with my Maxi-CoSi Adorra review, even though not so glad you, too, have a problem with the center of gravity with the seat parent-facing.

With a carrycot, the problem will persist a little bit, but as a shorter-based part, it will be much less prominent and pretty much doable. If you already have the pushchair and thinking about the pram, I think you should get the carrycot - I mean, you already made it this far, so it's practical to stay with the same (as opposed to buying a new, different one - I mean, it can always not fit you anyhow). It will be a bit better with the bassinet part for sure.

Your -very berry- Eli.

Now, this is your place to ask. I'm listening.
