I bought Bugaboo Butterfly for my 1.5 year old baby girl, but came across a few not very good reviews afterwards. Mostly about the low quality of the fabric, easily scratching frame, mesh basket, that won’t protect things inside from elements, and basically useless footrest. Could you please advise if these are the issues with this stroller? I still didn’t receive it, and thinking maybe I should of gone with Joolz Aer+ instead?

Well, these are the things that do happen, especially with smaller stroller. The mesh baskets are normal, and their size won't be large in any case. The scratching of the frame, especially with travel strollers, is also something that actually happens quite a lot.
Personally, I don't think you chose badly. I would perhaps wait, check the stroller when it comes, and if you're not happy, just return it - the Aer+ is actually a sturdier choice, and if you're unhappy with the Butterfly, just go for the Aer instead. Again though, I don't think you will be that unhappy.
