No, definitely don't wash your PU leather in the washing machine, you'll destroy it (it might fade, crack, tear). You should only wipe-clean it with a wet wipe or a wet rag, and, ideally, care for it once in a month or so with an eco-leather dedicated cream or spray (ask for some in a shoe shop, for example).
