I bought MyChild Floe Group 0+ mcar seat and I want that car seat for my Mothercare Journey pram. What type of adapter me need to buy please can you help me, I a bit confused, there a lot of choices. Many thanks in advance.

Hey there,
Unfortunately I don't think this car seat is compatible with the Mothercare Journey. It has a very specific click on system, and that is not compatible with the usual universal adaptor mechanism. It was only meant for adapterless use with MyChild strollers.
You will either need to use the car seat in the car only, and use the pram / pushchair configuration of the Journey, OR you will need another car seat for the Journey (or a MyChild chassis for this car seat).
