Does it fit in the overhead locker on an airplane?

With the folded measurements of 49 cm x 42 cm x 53 cm, it is a but higher than your usual cabin luggage. I will, therefore, say no, but this is different from airline to airline, so check with the one you would be traveling to be sure as the requirements vary. Also, with many, it is possible to take (pretty much any foldable) stroller as the baby luggage, often for free, just give it to the stewards when boarding and then get it back when getting off - so definitely check about that option with your airline of choice as well.
