Dorjan Danny Sport 5 Twin: Can the carrycot or car seat attach to a different pram?

If you mean the original, practically no-name Dorjan accessories to this pram (the matching bassinet and car seat), unfortunately no, they are only fitting a Dorjan stroller. The car seat might match another of Dorjan strollers, even the single ones, though.
