Does the Joie i level recline when on the pram? Also, is there a rain cover to fit it when it’s reclined?

Hi, Liza,
The Joie i-Level car seat does recline in the car as well as on the stroller's frame, making it a kind of carrycot (bassinet) replacement if need be. There is no original raincoat, however, I personally would use a universal rain cover for a stroller if you mean that for when you use it on the chassis OR get the Cybex Cloud Z rain cover as that should definitely fit the Joie as well, as both car seats are reclinable.
