I have a Joie car seat and a Maxi Cosi pushchair. Using the car seat adaptors, can I use my Joie car seat on my Maxi Cosi pushchair?

It quite depends on which Maxi-Cosi pushchair you have. In theory, and on most strollers of other brands (plus the older Maxi-Cosi models), you CAN put a Joie car seat on the Maxi-Cosi car seat adapters. However, on the newer models, Maxi-Cosi made the adapters shorter, so that people would use only Maxi-Cosi car seats. The best thing for you to do is to... try. If it clicks in, just use it with the Joie car seat!
However, if it is indeed a new Maxi-Cosi model, I would rather get a Maxi-Cosi car seat to be sure.
