Can I attach the Joie i-Snug car seat to a Maxi-Cosi Lila and which adaptors do I need?

Hello,

We currently have a Joie Versatrax travel system which has been great but we needed a double pram for when baby number 2 arrives.

We have purchased a Maxi Cosi Lila (with duo seat) but can’t seem to find the right adapter to attach our Joie car seat to the Maxi Cosi system. I thought Joie and Maxi Cosi were all compatible, but clearly I can’t see anything online confirming what adapter I need. Please could you assist, or let me know whether it’s impossible to attach the two systems?

For reference, we have the Joie I Snug car seat and are looking to attach this to the Maxi Cosi Lila so we can have our eldest in the front seat of the double and attach our newborn via the car seat at the back.

Hey, Sophie,

In theory, you should be able to attach the i-Snug on your Lila pram these adapters have the same attachment system as the Joie one. However, as we learned, the Maxi-Cosi strollers' adapters are made shorter so that they would not fit anything else except for the Maxi-Cosi carseats, I am sorry. It seems you won't be able to attach a Joie car seat to the Lila and will have to get a Maxi-Cosi capsule.
